Traditional Scandinavian North Star design in reindeer leather and pewter. Viking cuff.
The traditional jewellery has been part of the Sámi culture before the 17th Century.
Our jewellery is made of naturally tanned reindeer leather, high quality spun pewter and silver threads (nickel free).
The buttons are made of antler horns that are shed seasonally.
After extended wear, the pewter threads will flatten down and become shiny. The leather will soften, mold to your wrist and maintain its shape for years to come.
****These can be made with different widths with more of the leather on the sides showing the wider the bracelet is.
The braid itself is 1-1.3cm wide. The picture with two bracelets are 2.5cm wide.
Please write in the comment section, the desired width and preference of fastening. Standard fastening is a pewter button.
If not the desired clasp/button is in stock I will let you know how long till it is or if there's another option. ****
Orders can be taken in other colours than shown (black, charcoal, brown, tan, natural, white, olive, khaki, stone, pewter, navy, blue, steel blue, light turquoise, dark turquoise, purple, red, cerise, light pink, yellow, orange, coral, light aqua, lime, jade and raspberry) and below sizes.
To get the required size, please measure your wrist where you would wear your bracelet and add 1-1.5cm for the total length of the bracelet.

Whilst I endeavour to have all material in stock, if the leather colour you are after is out of stock there may be a waiting period of 2 weeks. I will let you know the precise time. Otherwise the order will be made and sent 3-5 days.

If a special custom order has been made and the material is in stock, despatch will be 5-7 days. For orders where material has to be ordered, despatch may take up to 2-3 weeks.
Postage to outside Australia will now automatically be shipped with tracking. You also have the option for it to be sent with insurance, in case of loss of / destruction of item through the mail. Please contact me to organise this. Swede Little Things is under no obligation to send a replacement item or offer a full refund if an item states that it has been delivered and the buyer cannot send it back. We will, though, work with you to lodge forms with the post to find it. Bear in mind that the post can take many weeks to respond to such enquiry / form.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
A lot of effort has been made to keep the ornamentation secured on the leather strap, but care is still needed by the wearer. Any product, which is shown to be faulty and the fault of S.L.T will either be fixed or replaced subject to the age of the product, or refunded. Any fixing of wear and tear after 12 months from purchase will be subjected to postal fee and / or material fee.
Refund will be only be accepted if buyers within Australia contacts me within 5 days of delivery and returns the goods within 7 days of delivery. Outside Australia, buyers have 7 days to contact me after delivery and 14 days to show proof of shipping it back.

The item has to be in the same condition as it was received for a full refund.
*** Refunds will also only be made once the item has been returned***. The buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the we have agreed to bear those costs.
If the tracking of an item states it has been delivered to the buyer and the buyer wish to receive a refund, he/she will have to either ship the item back or provide proof of form lodged with the post office for loss/faulty delivery of item. Only when the item has been returned and is in the original condition will the item be refunded.
Swede Little Things will send all items with a tracking number and take no responsibility in loss of items due to postal mistakes and is under no obligation to send a replacement item or offer a full refund if an item states that it has been delivered and the buyer cannot send it back.
We will, though, work with you to lodge forms with the post to find it. Bear in mind that the post can take many weeks to respond to such enquiry / form.
Swapping a purchased item: Change of colour and size can be made (of equal value), but the cost and the responsibility of the additional freight is the customers. The customer can hence either provide a postage paid self addressed envelope/bag for the swapped item, or be invoiced for the extra shipping costs. IF the customer provide a non-trackable envelope/bag the responsibility to chase up is solely on the customer as we cannot chase anything without a tracking number.
For delivery to outside Australia, any extra VAT or duties are not the responsibility of Swede Little Things. It is solely the customer's responsibility to pay for any extra duties or VAT that can occur. If the customer does not do this, the parcel will be returned to Swede Little Things. Once returned the customer will receive a refund MINUS ll the shipping and handling costs.
After extended wear, the pewter threads will flatten down and become shiny; creating a beautiful patina. The leather will soften, mold to your wrist and maintain its shape for years to come.
